Introductıon: Rathkes cleft cysts (RCCs) are benign lesions originating from the epithelial remnants of Rathkes pouch with a peak incidence at 3050 years of age. It is detected at a rate of 1333% in several autopsy series. RCC is usually asymptomatic and diagnosed incidentally.
